Meet Paul the Pacer!
He’s run over 150 marathons and now works as a “PACER”.
This video contains helpful advice about pacing yourself during any long-distance run or Marathon.
Paul also offers expertise and knowledge about what to do in the lead-up to your event, including what to eat in the last 24 hours before running in a marathon and how to take care of yourself after running a marathon.
The Marathon, Half Marathon and other races start and end in various locations near to Finikoudes Beach in Larnaca (full details below).
Prices range from free of charge and up to 60 Euro for individual runners (depending on the race you participate in).
For the corporate race, teams with between 4-10 runners pay a one-off fee of 150 Euro (for the whole team) and teams with between 11 to 40 runners pay a one-off fee of 300 Euro (again, this fee covers the whole team!).

10:00 am from Europe Square (15+)
5KM Road Race
11:10 am from Europe Square (12+)
5KM Corporate Race
11:45 am from Europe Square (12+)
McDonald’s™ Kids Race 1KM
1 pm from Europe Square (+4)
Fun Race 1KM for adults
1 pm from Europe Square (adults only)
